    As a source of practical, emotional and spiritual support, when choosing to die at home, a large number of hospices have a Hospice@Home service.Within our own organisation, Specialist Palliative nurses will visit twice daily, 7 days/week, as the person approaches end of life.
    You may wish to add this to your list of resources.
